UV Light — Glossary
Ultraviolet light used to locate dried urine deposits that are invisible to the naked eye.
Dried urine fluoresces under UV light — a handheld UV flashlight reveals deposits you can’t see or easily find by smell alone. It’s a detection tool, not a treatment: it shows you where the residue is so you can treat it.
Useful for finding old accidents in carpet and on floors before treating them.
