Washable textiles worn against the body — they pick up pet odor through contact and accidents.
Clothing picks up pet odor through direct contact — a pet leaning on you, lying on a pile of laundry — and occasionally through accidents. Because it’s washable, it’s the easiest odor surface to fix.
Wash promptly on the hottest safe setting. Pre-treat any urine or accident residue before the wash so it doesn’t set.
